Cancellation Policy (summer season from May until end of September) : For cancellations at least 7 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. For cancellations after the 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation. If "no show" will be charged the full amount of reservation. For early departures are charged the total amount of reservation.

Cancellation Policy (winter season from October until end of April) : If canceled 21 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. For cancellations from 20 to 15 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost. For cancellations from 14 to 7 days before arrival will be charged 75% of the total reservation. For cancellations 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation. If "no show" will be charged the full amount of reservation. For early departures are charged the total amount of reservation.

The usage of Hotel services is in accordance with type of room and corresponding reservation price. For anything not described in the accommodation package there is additional charge

During arrival: "Do not take things out of the car, come first for check in, because the rooms are externaly and we will go to park the car close to your room."

Check in time 15:00 p.m. - Departure time 12:00 p.m. (If the room you have booked is available before the 15:00 p.m. you may be placed directly)

The departure from your room if elapsed time of the regular chech out of 12:00 p.m. has aditional cost 50% until 18:00 p.m. and 100% for departure later than 18:00 p.m.

In any case you need to leave later than the specified time should be requested from reception and can be made according to the availability
